Two Towing Vehicles That Are More Than Standard
If you are on the market for a vehicle that can tow, but you want something that’s above and beyond a standard towing vehicle, Ram and Dodge have options for you. The Dodge Durango SRT was introduced for the 2018 model year and the 2018 Ram 2500 Power Wagon returns to the Ram 2500 lineup, and both vehicles are equipped with a powerful 6.4L engine, but have unique features that stand out.
2018 Ram 2500 Power Wagon
The 2018 Ram 2500 Power Wagon 4×4 is a heavy-duty pickup truck built for off-roading. Though the Power Wagon has a similar build to other Ram 2500 models, it has additional exterior features, some that improve the truck’s off-roading capabilities and others that make it look more aggressive. The Power Wagon has a larger front grille design than other 2500 models and the grille is matte black with large silver letters that spell out RAM. The Power Wagon is available in six exterior colors and each truck features graphics on the front, hood, rear and sides of the truck that are exclusive to the Power Wagon trim.
One of the coolest and most practical off-roading features that comes standard on the Ram Power Wagon is the Warn winch. The winch has a 12,000 pound capacity and the heavy gauge steel cable is 90 feet long. Other exterior off-roading features include the truck’s 17-inch forged aluminum wheels, 33-inch tires, Bilstein shocks and two-inch lift. The truck’s suspension, wheels and tires give the Power Wagon an improved ground clearance of 14.3 inches, which is 2.3 inches more than other Power Wagon models. Starting MSRP of 2018 Ram 2500 Power Wagon is $52,295 (plus destination fee).
2018 Dodge Durango SRT
