Ram Truck Commemorates its 10th Anniversary With the 2021 Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition
Ram Trucks continues to expand its lineup for the upcoming 2021 model year. This time around, the truck maker is commemorating the 10th Anniversary of its Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn trim with a special Anniversary Edition pickup truck. Ram continues to raise the benchmarks of what it means to be an upscale pickup truck.
“The new 2021 Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition is a tip of the Stetson to 10 years as a stand-alone brand building the best trucks, featuring the ultimate combination of capability, luxury, and refinement,” said Mike Koval Jr., Head of Ram Brand. “Truck buyers in this rarified air expect to see and feel the highest quality materials, and the Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition is another example of how we deliver the most luxurious pickups in the industry,” added Koval.
A lot of thought went into developing the Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition, including the use of premium materials, iconic southwestern design inspiration such as an antique pocket watch, a horseman’s saddle, or even hand-tooled leather cowboy boots. Other authentic and premium materials prospective buyers can find on the Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition include wood and leather elements inside the cabin that when combined deliver an unprecedented level of luxury for a pickup truck.
The Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn trim is distinguished thanks to its chrome-slat grille, chrome bumpers, tow hooks, side steps, a chrome header that surrounds the premium LED lamps, an Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS). Additionally, the 10th Anniversary Edition includes a commemorative tailgate badge, new 20-inch wheels in a variety of finishes, and a multi-function tailgate. On the inside, the Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition features a segment-exclusive leather-wrapped dashboard, leather bolster inserts, Laser Filigree details in a Southwestern style, and new suede door bolsters.
Other unique interior features include hammered metal aluminum liquid graphite accents, commemorative badges, a metal pedal kit, a brushed-zinc antique badge flush on the console lid, a 10th Anniversary Edition cluster graphic and badge, and a Gloss Black shifter center cap with silver on stripe. The 2021 Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition pickup can be powered by either the 5.7-liter HEMI V8 or 3.0-liter EcoDiesel engines. A Crew Cab body configuration comes standard, while there are two different truck bed sizes available: 5-ft.-7-in. or 6-ft.-4-in. The 2021 Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition has a starting MSRP of $56,870 (plus a $1,695 destination fee)
