Mopar Introduces New and Improved Website

Mopar, the service, parts and customer care brand for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) vehicles around the globe, recently launched a redesigned version of its website, Mopar prioritized an owner-focused experience for the latest redesign and made most vehicle information and customer care resources just a few clicks away. Exclusively redesigned for the U.S. market only, the new website’s intended target audience is today’s owners who demand the ability to purchase Mopar products, get answers to vehicle questions, schedule service and much more – at all hours – without so much as a phone call or having to visit the store in person. The redesign intentionally puts all the information at the customer’s fingertips by creating something like an “online concierge” as it assists owners and their needs.

The new site was designed with mobile optimization in mind, perfect for that on-the-go experience. Classic tile and icon design makes it easy to navigate the revamped Mopar site while on a smartphone. Large clickable tile designs display top owner resources such as quick access to Mopar parts, accessories, and service offerings. Additionally, there are other large attention-grabbing icons that lead to 24/7 customer support options for frequently asked questions and other assistance.


Personalization is key for the redesigned Owner site thanks to a new system that prompts new and existing owners to register and sign in to connect with their vehicles. Visitors that are already registered will be lead to a customized dashboard of their choice, tailored to their vehicle and even including their own profile photo.
