Dodge Charger, Challenger SRT Models Unlock Jailbreak Mode

November 16th, 2021 by

Dodge is notorious for bending all the rules, and when it comes to unlocking new and unrestricted personalization options with the latest Jailbreak modes on the 2022 Dodge Charger and Challenger models, the automaker didn’t hold back. Jailbreak mode is exclusive to the SRT Hellcat Widebody trim on both models, adding new factory-custom options that allow drivers to craft the Dodge performance vehicle of their dreams. This all-new mode is part of Dodge’s newly-minted Never Lift campaign that’s destined to launch several new Dodge models and initiatives.

“Roughly half of all Dodge customers modify their vehicles. For those looking for increased performance, we will launch Direct Connection next month. But for those looking for a unique appearance, we are going to let customers run free through the styling archives. We’re taking most of the parts and pieces we’ve used over the years, adding a few new ones and letting customers build their own ‘One of One.’ So, if you’re dreaming about owning a Stinger Yellow Challenger with Brass Monkey wheels, Hammerhead Grey seats, blue Brembos and red badges, I’m not sure we should, but we’ll build it for you,” said Tim Kuniskis, Dodge Brand Chief Executive Officer — Stellantis.

Like we mentioned prior, the Jailbreak option package on the 2022 Dodge Challenger and Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody models frees owners, allowing them to mix and match many different features. Additionally, Jailbreak mode also unlocks a one-of-a-kind Jailbreak badge on the instrument panel and takes performance to new heights with 807 horsepower and revised powertrain calibration.
