30th Annual Mopar Nationals Car Show and Swap Meet

The 30th annual Mopar Nationals Car Show and Swap Meet is returning to University Dodge this March. The one-day event that takes over the University Dodge grounds is scheduled for March 4, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and takes place rain or shine.

From Dodge Vipers to original Dodge Demons and Plymouth Road Runners, the Mopar Nationals Car Show and Swap Meet has been held in South Florida for three decades, so there is a large collection of some of the most coveted classic and modern Mopar and AMC vehicles.

The car show is open to all Mopar and AMC vehicles and all vehicles that participate in the car show are judged by trained judges. Vehicles are divided into two classes, classic and modern, and there are two awards for each class, “Best of Show” and “Dealer’s Choice.” Additionally, all participating vehicles will be awarded with a gold, silver or bronze plaque.

Other activities include giveaways, raffle drawings, professional photos of show cars, a model car contest presented and judged by Model Car Creations of South Florida, and there will be food available. The show is also open to vendors and car clubs so it’s a great place to get involved with the community.

Event attendance is free and open to the public and the fee to enter a car in the car show is $25 and owners can register their vehicle online, www.floridamopar.com, or at the show. All proceeds go to the Darrell Gwynn Quality of Life Chapter of the Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis.

The show is presented by the Florida MOPAR Connection Car Club and sponsored by Rob Lambdin’s University Dodge and Darrell Gwynn Quality of Life Chapter of the Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis.

Rob Lambdin’s University Dodge is located at 5455 South University Dr. in Davie, Fla. For more information visit, www.floridamopar.com or the Facebook for Florida MOPAR Connection Car Club.
