2016 Model Highlights from Dodge and Ram

Here’s a couple quick highlights of three various Dodge and Ram vehicles.

2016 Dodge Journey  


The Dodge Journey is for the adventurous person who likes comfort and convenience.  The Journey is equipped with a 2.4-liter 16-Valve Dual VVT engine that gets an estimated 19 MPG city and 25 MPG highway.  

The Journey is available as a seven-passenger CUV vehicle and has modern features like its ability to be a mobile WiFi Hub.  All 2016 Journey’s feature fold flat seats, an electronic vehicle information center, second-row in-floor storage bins (except Crossroads Plus), and have optional features including heated front seats, passenger in-seat cushion storage, and a heated steering wheel.  The Journey ranges from $21,000 to $32,000 depending on selected trim and features.

2016 Dodge Grand Caravan

The Dodge Grand Caravan has the power of a Dodge vehicle and is designed to haul families rather than tow loads.  It’s 3.6-Liter V6 24-Valve VVT engine can reach fuel economies of 17mpg in the city, and 25 MPG highway.  

Not to be outdone by the Journey, the Caravan has the option for all types of modern conveniences like a DVD/Blu-Ray Entertainment Hub.  Most of the 2016 Grand Caravan’s feature second- and third-row stow ‘n go seats and the third-row has the option for tailgate seats. The MSRP of the Grand Caravan ranges from $22,000 to $31,000.

2016 Ram 2500

The Dodge Ram 2500 model line is a great choice for people who need to haul heavy loads. Depending on the needs of the buyer, the Ram 2500 has the option of four different types of engines: 5.7-Liter V8 HEMI
CNG engine; 5.7-Liter V8 HEMI VVT engine; 6.4-Liter V8 Mid Duty HEMI MDS engine; or the 6.7-Liter I6 Cummins Turbo Diesel engine.  

The Ram 2500 l features a best-in-class diesel towing of over 17,000 pounds. The truck’s interior features include behind-the-seat storage, bucket seats, Ram work grade vinyl 40 / 20 / 40 bench seat, and height – adjustable front shoulder belts.  Depending on the trims and engine selections, Ram 2500’s have an MSRP between $31,000 to $58,000.
