This was single handedly the best experience I’ve had with any service and parts department. After having the diabolical HCU issue that plagues 17’ and 18’ RAM trucks. To Brian the parts manage, facilitating alongside RAM cares to get the part necessary ordered and expedited to Jermaine and Cal the service team that had the truck ready in 4 hours to ensure minimum disruption of the day. Will always prioritize coming here over everyone else.
